Trin, Larken and Blix

For those of you that have been around on crickie.com for a while, you may notice a set of new names popping up everywhere on my recent posts. Trin, Larken, and Blix. In a span of about 4-6 months or so, these three have come to play quite a large part in my life. I feel completely blessed to know these three, because they’re as wonderful and selfless people as anyone could ever know, and I’m really lucky to count the three of them as friends.

Trin I have known the longest, and I met her because she began dating Tang. I have no idea how they met, but she began attending the RPG’s Tang was running at the time. Trin is funny, geeky, and exuberantly excitable. I love her to death, because she’s just so damn silly. She gets excited over the oddest things, and she’s one of the few people I feel okay talking about really girly things with. She and I had a 2 hour conversation about sexual fantasies a few days ago, both of us getting louder as we found out we had a few of the same ones. She is one of those irreplaceable people that you’d sooner cut off your own arm than lose them.

Larken was also in the RPG that Tang was running, and came along with Trin. She’s cute, sexy, has bright red hair, and is funny as shit. She’s into costuming and drama, so we have lots to talk about as well as the fact that she has perfect timing. She can let a comment drop in the middle of a dead silent room, and two seconds later we’ll all be rolling around on the ground laughing at whatever diamond to popped out with that time. She’s a wonderful mommy (Munchie is adorable), and entirely at ease with herself and her roles, as well as the people in her life. Her sense of humor has me captivated, and I love going over to her place just to find out what new silly thing happened that day.

Blix is a new addition to my life. He just get cooler the more I go over to see him. He’s Larken’s husband and Munchie’s daddy. He’s also the biggest techno-geek I’ve met since I met the geeks at PsiU. Finally, someone to talk tech with. He and I were up talking about PHP and Xaraya until 3am the time before last, and 2:30am laughing at the geeky stupidity of ‘The chronlicles of George” last time. He may be able to help me whip some more creativity into this page, since it’s been blue and blocky for years.

These people have opened thier hearts and thier house to me, selflessly. I’m thankful for these new people that help make my life not so dull.
