It’s nearing Gogo-Party time! I was doing a bit of a test run today with the vixen costume. 🙂 I’m loving the little kitty-ness I have. Excerpt from the e-mail: Say hey, all you kitty vixens and lounge lizards, this is Disco Moe at the House of Green Light inviting you to come shake your tails and feathers at our Super 70’s Partay.
Go-go boots and platform shoes are the footwear of choice among the hip here, so dig out that mothballed polyester, grow out those sideburns and see how short your shorts can be! Micro mini? Mini mini? Micro micro? Come one, come all; let us see how you’d dress 30 years ago.
What: Vixens and Lizards Go-Go Super 70’s Partay
Where: House of Green Light (3125 Ann Rd. Smyrna, GA, 30080).
When: Saturday, April 17th, standard party time (anytime, baby! After 9, usually).
Why: Because we LOVE avacado green, and shag carpet, and supergraphics.
Dress: Show me your funky. Dress to impress. Lounge Lizards and Go-Go-Vixens extra appreciated.
Quick details: BYOB, and a bottle or snacks to share. Some will be provided as well.

We are gonna try and do this RIGHT. There will be as much 70’s as we can afford packed into this house. Have a glitter-ball or bead curtains you want to loan and put up for the night, this is the time to do it.

The Shagadelic contest: Win a prize for the best Go-Go Vixen & Lounge Lizard outfit.
The “Vixens and Lizards” art contest. That’s right. Because we expect artists, here’s something for the artists. Illustrate the theme “Vixens and Lizards” and win a prize. All entrants will have their work hung…somewhere in the house. no bigger that 13×19, doesn’t have to be mounted (but it’d be nice).
Return of the Door prize. Mwahaha.
All prizes to be decided later, but they will probably be cheap fun things, so don’t be disappointed.
