Well, on Monday, I got new motherboard to replace to one I have that’s going bad slowly. It ran well except for just one thing: the secondary IDE port is bad. 🙁 Neither of my CD drives works at all. Grr.. so, I try to install it using Window’s crap installer, and it promptly goes “Ack! We can’t do that!” and dies. So, of course since I have no cd drives to read from that are seen, I can’t re-install it. 🙁 I’ve been on computer hiatus for almost a week now. It’s rough. I go home and I’m cut off from the world. There’s no one there but me, and it’s a little lonely. It’s crazy not being able to talk to anyone once I’m home. I don’t know how in the hell people used to do it way back before telephones. They’d go home and there’d be no one but them. I’d go nuts. Luckily though, I get the bad one replaced on Saturday.
